How promptly is the VDS activated? Usually, a virtual server (VDS) is activated within a few minutes. Sometimes it may take longer, for example, when installing Windows.
Can I install my own system from my image? Yes, if the server is activated as VDS using KVM platform.
What are the differences Hyper-VPS and ECO-VPS? ECO-VPS operates under the outdated VMmanager 5 control panel (no longer updated), while Hyper-VPS runs on VMmanager 6. Hyper-VPS uses more modern processors and DDR4 memory. We do not recommend installing Windows on ECO-VPS.
In which DC are the servers located? We have several data centers in Moscow and one in Novosibirsk. The specific point is selected during the order process.
Can I set up a virtual private network or proxy on the server? Yes, of course.
How can I get a VDS for evaluation? Create a ticket through your personal account. Make sure you already have a confirmed account.
What is the traffic on the servers? Traffic is boundless on a 1Gbit port.
What is the bandwidth? Servers are connected to a shared port of 2-10 gbit depending on the data center. Traffic is boundless. A dedicated channel of 100 Mbit or 1 gigabit is available for an additional fee.
In which center are the servers located? We have twenty-seven around the world for hosting equipment. You can choose the specific DC and position when placing an order.
I activated the VDS, but it is blacklisted; please change the IP address! The IP cannot be changed. We cooperate with blacklist databases. If an IP address gets blacklisted, we will remove it from the blacklist. Please report any IP blacklisting immediately after the server is issued.
